These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “Terms”) govern the sale of products on the website www.milonani.com.
Any order placed on the website implies full acceptance of these Terms.


1. Seller Identity

2. Products

The products offered for sale are personalised products made to order according to the Customer’s request (name, text, options or characteristics selected during the order).

Each product page presents the essential characteristics, personalisation options, and any usage precautions.
Photos and visuals are non-contractual.


3. Prices

Prices are displayed in GBP (£), including all taxes, excluding delivery costs.
Products are billed based on the prices in effect at the time of the order.


4. Orders

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing an order, particularly personalisation details (spelling, text, selected options).

Milo & Nani cannot be held responsible for errors made by the Customer.

All orders are considered final once payment has been validated.

Milo & Nani reserves the right to refuse or cancel any abnormal, fraudulent, or incomplete order.


5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
It is made by credit card or any payment method available on the website.

An order is confirmed only after successful payment validation.


6. Delivery

Delivery times are indicated for information purposes only and may vary depending on the personalised nature of the product.

Risk is transferred to the Customer upon physical delivery of the parcel.

Damaged parcel upon delivery

In case of a damaged parcel, the Customer must:

  • Report the issue to the carrier upon delivery where possible

  • Contact support@milonani.com within 72 hours with supporting photos (parcel, product, labels)

Failing this, any claim may be refused.


7. Cancellation – Personalised Products

Due to their nature, personalised or made-to-order products are not eligible for cancellation once the order has been placed.

No return or refund will be accepted in case of:

  • Change of mind

  • Customer input errors

  • Personal dissatisfaction when the product matches the validated order


8. Returns, Refunds & Replacements – Accepted Cases

A refund or replacement may only be granted in the following cases:

  • Personalisation error attributable to Milo & Nani

  • Product received is different from the one ordered

  • Proven manufacturing defect

  • Product damaged during transport

Procedure

The Customer must contact support@milonani.com and provide:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the claim

  • Photos if necessary

👉 No return will be accepted without prior approval from Milo & Nani.

Return costs

Return costs are fully covered by Milo & Nani in case of confirmed error or defect.

Refunds

Refund or replacement will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after validation, using the original payment method.


9. Legal Guarantees

Milo & Nani remains responsible for:

  • Products that are faulty or not as described

  • Ensuring products meet reasonable quality expectations


10. Liability

The Customer is solely responsible for the use of the product.
Milo & Nani cannot be held liable for misuse, improper use, or failure to follow instructions.


11. Retention of Title

Products remain the property of Milo & Nani until full payment has been received.


12. Force Majeure

Milo & Nani shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its control.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to Terms

Milo & Nani reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
The applicable version is the one in force at the date of the order.
